I Love Jesus
"By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:35
In my quiet time tonight I read this "I want my love for Jesus to be reflected in the way I show love for others, even those who are difficult to love." Now for those of you that really know me, you know I love everybody (some more than others), but it takes an awful lot for me not to love or like someone.
This devotinal really challenged me tonight to love on people specifically. I'm really good at generally loving people, but not so good at the specific "I'm going to leave a note or special treat in your box etc" Don't get me wrong, I totally mean well, but I usually forget or don't take the time. Bottom line is I need to take the time. I need to let those in my life who I think are amazing, know that they are amazing and I thank them for being a part of my life.
My challenge: J's Random Act of Kindness of Challenge. I'll get back to you on details, but I have to start somewhere.
