8 Months...21 Days
Eight months ago today I married my husband. I can't believe it's been 8 months.
The 21 days comes from there only being 21 days left in the school year. I can't believe it and I think it hit me today. Words are not enough to express how much I've enjoyed my children this year. They are what I needed to remind me that teaching is what I am supposed to do. I know I say that all the time, but I mean it. I really will miss them next year, they are a good group of kids and very hard workers.
Today was also a good day at the dance studio. We are getting ready for our recital so we had to fix our costumes for the Variations class. Wednesday is one of my favorite nights because I get to teach pointe and variations. I've been teaching them variations I learned as a student myself in high school. I'm so proud of my students and their progress. I was very pleased with the way the costumes turned out today. Maybe I'll post a pic if I remember to take one.
Busy month, busy time, but thankful to my God for another year, my friends, my family, and my husband. :)
